1.Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on local carrier efficiency and customs clearance procedures.

2.Shipping Rates

  • Standard Rates: To ensure the safety of our precision electronics, we utilize premium international logistics. The average shipping cost is approximately $40 USD per unit.
  • Billing: Depending on current promotions or your specific region, shipping fees may either be calculated separately at checkout or included in the final product price. Please refer to the final amount shown on the payment page for your order's specific shipping cost.

3.Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Responsibilities: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs fees levied by the destination country.
  • Notification: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, ZIEA is not responsible for these charges. If applicable, you will be notified separately by the local customs office or the courier to settle these fees.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to ZIEA.

4.Shipping Restrictions & Accuracy

  • Address Requirements: We require a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Liability: ZIEA is not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Any redirection or re-shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

5.Inspection & Shipping Damages

  • Proof of Delivery: For your protection, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Damage Claims: We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@ziea.net within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

6.Force Majeure

  • ZIEA shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or global logistics disruptions.
