  • create new calendar events when you ask ZIEA to schedule something;
  • update calendar events when you ask ZIEA to reschedule, rename, or modify them;
  • maintain calendar synchronization between ZIEA and your Google Calendar.

  • When you ask ZIEA to move, rename, or update an event, ZIEA may update that event in your Google Calendar.
  • When you ask ZIEA for AI planning or task breakdown assistance, ZIEA may use relevant calendar context, such as events and available time slots, to generate user-facing planning or scheduling suggestions.

Use of third-party AI service providers

ZIEA may use third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI API, to process user instructions and generate user-facing planning, scheduling, reminder, focus, and task-management responses.
When Google Calendar context is used with these AI features, it is used only to provide the specific functionality requested by the user, such as AI planning, schedule assistance, task breakdown, reminder creation, focus-block planning, or calendar event creation and updates.
ZIEA does not share Google OAuth tokens with third-party AI service providers. Google OAuth tokens are handled by ZIEA only for the purpose of providing Google Calendar synchronization and related user-facing functionality.
