You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging.

2.Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our designated return address.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ZIEA cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost during transit back to us.

3.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us and provide the tracking number to our support team.

4.Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
