Learn About ZIEA AI Limits, Fair Use, and Promotions

Last updated: July 2026

This article explains how ZIEA AI usage works across ZIEA One membership plans, including core AI planning, Realtime Voice limits, text-based AI access, fair use, billing-cycle resets, free trials, and promotional offers.

This page is about ZIEA One membership plans for individual users.

All ZIEA plans include access to ZIEA’s core AI planning experience.

This means you can continue using ZIEA for planning, calendar help, task help, and supported text-based AI features across all plans.

Core AI planning and text-based ZIEA AI are designed to remain available even if a high-intensity feature, such as Realtime Voice, reaches its plan-based limit.

However, all AI features remain subject to ZIEA’s fair use policy, service availability, account status, and technical safeguards.

Realtime Voice lets you talk to ZIEA through real-time voice conversations.

Realtime Voice is separate from fair use. It has plan-based limits.

Each plan includes a different level of Realtime Voice access:

  • Standard includes starter Realtime Voice access.
  • Pro includes more Realtime Voice access.
  • Ultra includes the most Realtime Voice access.

When your Realtime Voice limit is reached, Realtime Voice will pause until your next billing cycle.

You can still continue using ZIEA AI in text.

If your Realtime Voice access reaches the limit for your current billing cycle, ZIEA may show a message such as:

This means voice is paused for the rest of the current billing cycle, but ZIEA AI is still available in text.

You can continue using supported AI planning, calendar help, task help, and other core AI features.

Realtime Voice will reset in your next billing cycle.

Voice limit reached · Text Only

No.

Realtime Voice and text-based ZIEA AI are treated differently.

If your Realtime Voice limit is reached, only Realtime Voice pauses for the current billing cycle. You can still continue using ZIEA AI in text, subject to fair use, normal service availability, and account status.

Text-based ZIEA AI is designed to remain broadly available across all plans and does not have the same fixed billing-cycle voice limit as Realtime Voice.

However, text-based AI is not intended for unlimited automated, abusive, shared, or excessive use. It remains subject to fair use controls to protect service stability and availability.

In normal personal use, most users should be able to continue using ZIEA AI in text throughout their billing cycle.

Fair use helps keep ZIEA AI fast, reliable, and available for everyone.

ZIEA is designed for normal personal productivity use, including planning your day, managing tasks, reviewing schedules, and getting help from the AI assistant.

Text-based ZIEA AI is not limited in the same way as Realtime Voice, and users can continue using ZIEA AI in text when voice access is unavailable. However, text-based AI access is still subject to fair use controls.

Fair use controls may apply when usage is unusually high, automated, abusive, shared across multiple users, harmful to service stability, or outside normal personal use.

In most normal use, fair use limits should not affect your experience.

ZIEA uses fair use controls to:

  • Keep AI features available for all users
  • Protect the service from abuse or automation
  • Maintain stable performance during high demand
  • Prevent a small number of accounts from consuming excessive resources
  • Support a consistent experience across plans

Fair use is not intended to stop normal productivity use. It is designed to protect the overall service and keep ZIEA reliable.

If usage is unusually high or affects service stability, ZIEA may apply temporary controls.

These may include:

  • Slower AI responses
  • Temporary rate limits
  • Reduced access to high-intensity AI features
  • Temporary pauses for unusual or automated activity
  • Additional verification or account review

ZIEA may apply these controls automatically to protect service reliability.

Where possible, ZIEA will continue to provide access to core AI planning and supported text-based AI features.

Realtime Voice limits reset every billing cycle.

Your reset timing may depend on your subscription start date, billing platform, region, or account status.

Fair use controls, if applied, may reset or be adjusted based on account activity, system conditions, product version, or service availability.

If your subscription is managed through a third-party platform, such as an app store or payment provider, billing and renewal timing may also be subject to that platform’s rules.

Yes.

Upgrading your plan may provide more Realtime Voice access, higher AI usage, and a stronger AI experience.

  • Upgrade to Pro for more Realtime Voice, faster AI responses, and higher AI usage.
  • Upgrade to Ultra for the strongest ZIEA AI experience, the most Realtime Voice access, and priority AI experience.

Plan availability, pricing, and benefits may vary by region and product version.
